Indian Share Market Trend tips Tomorrow 20 July

The markets closed with moderate gains today and barring auto, all sectoral indices closed positive. The Sensex closed at 17273 (provisional), up 88 points from its previous close, and the Nifty closed at 5242 (provisional), up 26 points.

MARUTI STOCK UPDATES


The victim of the clashes at Maruti's Manesar plant has been identified as the General Manager (HR), Avnish Kumar Dev. Dev was killed in a fire and 85 others were injured in a scuffle at Maruti's Manesar plant on Wednesday. As the unrest continued on Thursday, the police arrested nearly 100 workers.


If the plant is closed for a day, it costs Maruti Suzuki Rs 73 crore in revenue and Rs 8 crore in operating profit. If it closes for two weeks, the sales loss could be Rs 1,100 crore and operating loss of Rs 121 crore.

Negativity prevailed in the markets today and the Nifty closed below its psychologically important level of 5000. Barring FMCG and IT, all sectoral indices closed negative with realty, metal, banking and power being the worst performers. The Sensex closed at 16480, down 67 points from its previous close, and the Nifty shut shop at 4975, down 25 points. The CNX Midcap index was down 1.09% while the BSE Smallcap index lost 1.23% in today's trade. The market breadth was negative with advances at 386 against declines of 1048 on the NSE. The top Nifty gainers were ITC, Ranbaxy, Bajaj Auto and TCS while the biggest losers included JP Associates, SAIL, Grasim and DLF.

Nifty has support at 4949 if this will break then next support will be 4876.nifty has resistance level at 5022 if this will break then resistance level will be at 5095.nifty has pivot point at 4988.
